The Lakes RV & Cabin Resort (“The Lakes RV & Cabin Resort,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by The Lakes RV & Cabin Resort, respects your
privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through https://thelakesrvcabinresort.com (the
“Site”), how we use and disclose it, and the choices and rights you have. It is written primarily for
visitors in the United States.
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing without

5. “Sale” and “Sharing” of personal information

advertising and analytics technologies (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and Flip.to), our use of these tools may be considered
“sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — and, under some state
definitions, a “sale” — even though we do not exchange your information for money.

Personal Information” page. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out request
(see Section 9).
6. Retention

unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete
or de-identify it.

Appeals (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and certain other states). If we decline your request, you
may appeal by replying to our decision or contacting us at [email protected]. If you have concerns about
the outcome, you may contact your state attorney general.
9. Global Privacy Control and opt-out preference signals
Your browser or a browser extension may send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal that communicates
your choice to opt out of the sale/sharing of your personal information. We recognize and honor GPC
signals for the browser and device from which they are sent, and treat them as a valid opt-out request.
