During your visit take a walk on the Lakeside Trail walking path. Located between Misty Morning Lake and Cypress Lake, this serene trail features lakeside picnic spots with tables, and offers the perfect setting for a leisurely evening stroll to catch the sunset.
Dozer Beach is incredibly relaxing; it’s so peaceful that you may even find yourself dozing off! Our sandy lakeside swimming area is located at the end of the Lakeside Walking Path. It’s the perfect spot to unwind in the sand, enjoy a refreshing swim in the water, or venture out to the swimming platform.
Swim, sunbathe, and relax at our new pool. The 9-inch shallow end is perfect for young children to enjoy! Refresh and reflect on the submerged pool benches on each side of the pool. And if you like pool swimming, be sure to ask us about our larger second pool we have planned for Phase 2!
The expansive resort grounds offer enticing open areas and paths to ride bikes or play in the fresh air. Take a private stroll under the trees between Misty Morning and Cypress Lake, or just sit by your campfire and watch the sunset. Every RV site and cabin rental has a custom-made “Low Smoke” fire ring and picnic table. Dry firewood is available for purchase.
RV Park Bath Houses
The air-conditioned bath houses feature beautiful tile appointments, hot showers, and coinless laundry. The bath houses are conveniently located in the RV park sections of the resort.
Pavilion
There is plenty to enjoy at The Lakes open air pavilion. Relax and enjoy the cool breeze coming off Misty Morning Lake while you read or eat lunch at one of the many picnic tables. Conveniently located next to the first of two pools, the pavilion is home base for The Lakes activities. Be sure to ask for a schedule at check-in.

Future Main Resort Recreation Center
This RV camping resort will be in the top tier of North Carolina campgrounds. The currently available accommodations are just the first phase of a larger development, with four more phases coming in the future. The main resort recreation center, which we call “The Boat House”, will have an additional large swimming pool, playground, dog park, and more amenities. Boating Facilities
Bring your power boat, canoe, or kayak to launch on our boat ramp, and cruise on the calm waters of our fresh water lakes. Future development will include direct water connections with the White Oak Lakes complex, with many miles of aquatic nature to explore.
Our two private 25 acre lakes offer excellent Largemouth, Smallmouth and Spotted Bass, Black Crappie, and Brim fishing.
